OKU Parking System at UTAR Sungai Long Campus

 Disabled – or OKU – students may apply for the special parking pass from the Department of Safety and Security (DSS) as a permit to park their   vehicles at the University’s OKU parking lots. Only individuals with the following disabilities need apply:

 i.       Mobility and Physical Impairments

The individuals are with varying types of physical disabilities including:

·         Upper limb(s) disability

·         Lower limb(s) disability

·         Manual dexterity

·         Disability in co-ordination with different organs of the body

 ii.      Spinal Cord Disability

 To apply, please download the form via the following link:

 https://dsa.sl.utar.edu.my/documents/General/AppendixM_20171017.doc and fill it in with the necessary information.

 Once complete, please submit it physically to Ms Komathi a/p Rethinam at the Department of Safety and Security Office, KB513, Level 5, KB Block,   Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman Sungai Long Campus, or the soft copy via email to komathire@utar.edu.my.

 You will be notified by the DSS officer about the collection of the pass via phone call and/or email within THREE (3) working days.

 The special parking pass is valid for the duration of your study period. Do take note that the University’s OKU parking lots located at the basements   of KA Block and KB Block are limited in number and those with this pass may park on first come, first served basis.
